Donald Trump’s CPAC dumpster fire

Dear Palmer Report readers, we all understand the difficult era we're heading into. Major media outlets are caving to Trump already. Even the internet itself and publishing platforms may be at risk. But Palmer Report is nonetheless going to lead the fight. We're funding our 2025 operating expenses now, so we can keep publishing no matter what happens. I'm asking you to contribute if you can, because the stakes are just so high. You can donate here.

Is there anything so sad as unrequited love? On his “Truth” Social account on Wednesday, the twice-impeached and disgraced ex-president Donald Trump railed against Rupert Murdoch and the “MAGA Hating Globalist RINOS” at Fox News. Their sin was failure to promote the idea that the election was stolen. Only Trump not only misspelt the word he capitalised it as “Stollen.”

Anybody living in Europe knows that “stollen” is a fruit bread composed of nuts. So are the crazies at MAGAland, so I suppose there’s a kind of symmetry there. But it doesn’t need to be capitalised. Maybe Trump can have some with his covfefe.

It’s shocking that an ex-president would spell the word stolen that way. I only point this out because the screeching monkeys and cretins of MAGAland insist on underlining far less glaring mistakes made by Joe Biden. This is real Dan Quayle stuff, the kind of mistake Trump makes every day.

Anyway, Trump’s comments came days before he is set to take the stage at the Conservative Political Action Conference, or CPAC for short, which began Wednesday and will conclude Saturday. It’s expected that Trump will talk mostly about his favourite subject, himself, and how the election was “stollen,” and about who he hates — and so on.

As usual lives will be put in danger, of course, because crazy and stupid accusations made by Trump usually put lives in danger. Trump has had this pointed out to him many times, but he goes right on doing it anyway because he’s evil and he hopes the people he rails against will get beaten or even murdered. Again, it’s shocking that a former president of the United States would behave this way. No matter how much it happens, I never quite get used to it.

The moron who used to be president will also rant about how unfairly he has been treated and how nobody has ever been treated worse or suffered more in the history of bad treatment and suffering. And the stupid, stupid, stupid cretins in the audience will lap it up. Because most of them are stupid, stupid, stupid cretins.

Peppered throughout the audience of stupid people will be clever people greedy for power. They are there to mosquito-like and cynically feed off of the staggering fund of stupidity that they hope to convert to power and money. It will be a coming together of evil and stupidity. If evil and stupidity were magnets, metal objects for miles around would be sucked into CPAC.

I’ll tell you how stupid the people there are. Even if Trump is indicted by somebody in the coming months they’ll still want to make him president. I mean how stupid is that?

So far the evidence suggests and the polls confirm that this 76 year old raving psycho in orange makeup and phoney hair is the number one favourite for president of the knuckle-dragging loonies, losers and fools. Welcome to Loony Land. Mention Trump’s name and you’ll get a good seat. And, as ever, ladies and gentlemen, brothers and sisters, comrades and friends, stay safe.
