Donald Trump’s all night Truth Social bender just took a turn for the weird
Last night Donald Trump spent all night making one aggressive Truth Social post after another. This prompted Palmer Report and others to ask how it’s possible that Trump, who now spends his speeches struggling to put words together in senile and lethargic fashion, could possibly be pulling spirited all nighters. It raises serious questions about whether someone is ghost-posting on Trump’s behalf while Trump is passed out in the corner.
It appears Trump’s social media handlers have heard the questions being raised, and are now attempting to “prove” that the posts are coming from Trump by posting brief video clips of Trump reading portions of the social media posts aloud. What kind of weird performance art is this supposed to be?
It certainly doesn’t prove that Trump wrote or posted all those aggressive Truth Social posts overnight. All it does is show that Trump can (sort of) read ten word sentences off a cue card while staring at the camera. But Trump’s handlers sure do seem to be getting defensive. At this point they’re basically reduced to proving that Trump isn’t in a coma.
