Donald Trump swings and misses in pathetic fashion as Mark Meadows text messages explode

Dear Palmer Report readers, we all understand the difficult era we're heading into. Major media outlets are caving to Trump already. Even the internet itself and publishing platforms may be at risk. But Palmer Report is nonetheless going to lead the fight. We're funding our 2025 operating expenses now, so we can keep publishing no matter what happens. I'm asking you to contribute if you can, because the stakes are just so high. You can donate here.

It’s still not entirely clear if the Mark Meadows text messages that keep getting leaked to the media are coming from the January 6th Committee, which obtained Meadows’ text messages during his brief period of cooperation – or if someone else also has Meadows’ texts and has been leaking them. Either way, the texts are highly incriminating for Meadows and numerous other people in Trump world, including Donald Trump himself. And if the media has these texts, so does the Department of Justice.

It turns out Trump himself has a good understanding of just how much jeopardy the Meadows texts put him in. Trump is now calling for the release of all text messages sent to and from President Barack Obama’s White House Chief of Staff.

This has zero chance of getting anywhere and is just sad. But it goes to show how desperate and cornered Donald Trump is feeling. He knows that the Meadows texts are the proverbial smoking gun that puts all of Trump world in legal jeopardy. Notably, Trump released this statement shortly after the media got ahold of damning texts between Meadows and Fox News host Sean Hannity. You have to wonder if Hannity is also panicking, and is the one who urged Trump to release this idiotic statement.
