Donald Trump stunned into silence

Dear Palmer Report readers, we all understand the difficult era we're heading into. Major media outlets are caving to Trump already. Even the internet itself and publishing platforms may be at risk. But Palmer Report is nonetheless going to lead the fight. We're funding our 2025 operating expenses now, so we can keep publishing no matter what happens. I'm asking you to contribute if you can, because the stakes are just so high. You can donate here.

Over the course of Tuesday and early Wednesday, Donald Trump shared so many dozens of social media posts on Truth Social, we lost count. It was the most frantic, manic display we’ve seen from him to date, and it culminated with a surreal series of posts about – we’re not making this up – cocaine. Trump even called Jack Smith a “crackhead.”

But in the 21 hours since Trump’s “crackhead” post, he’s gone quiet entirely. He hasn’t made a single social media post, aside from a heavily formatted promotion for a movie that was obviously crafted and posted by his staff.

In other words, after frantically ranting because he was expecting bad news to land in his lap, Trump has now been stunned into silence. Perhaps he finally got the bad news he was expecting. Or maybe his babysitters changed his social media password and locked him out of his account after his “crackhead” meltdown.
