Donald Trump “screaming” and “out of control” and “scared” as Jack Smith closes in on him

Dear Palmer Report readers, we all understand the difficult era we're heading into. Major media outlets are caving to Trump already. Even the internet itself and publishing platforms may be at risk. But Palmer Report is nonetheless going to lead the fight. We're funding our 2025 operating expenses now, so we can keep publishing no matter what happens. I'm asking you to contribute if you can, because the stakes are just so high. You can donate here.

Donald Trump’s public outbursts of late on social media have been so frantically and dramatically over the top, it’s given away that he’s in serious fear of the additional criminal indictments that are facing him. It turns out he’s even more frantically over the top.

Former Trump-Giuliani ally Lev Parnas tweeted this: “A close source is telling me that Donald Trump is really scared and acting out of control that Pence is going to testify in front of the January 6, Grand Jury. He was screaming at his lawyers and demanding that they find a way to shut Pence up.”

This pretty much fits with what we’ve been seeing publicly. Keep two things in mind. First, Trump’s newly filed appeal to try to block Mike Pence’s testimony has no chance of succeeding and little chance of buying him any real time, given that Pence isn’t even backing him up on it.

Second, Pence is only testifying in the DOJ’s January 6th case against Trump. Pence is not involved in the DOJ’s classified documents case against Trump. So Jack Smith can go ahead and indict Trump in the classified documents case at any time, even as he waits for Pence’s January 6th testimony to come in.
