Donald Trump wants to be seen as the victim in his criminal trial. The tricky part there is that the “victim” is typically losing. To that end, Trump just sent out a fundraising message whining about how President Biden is campaigning and raising millions of dollars while Trump is “stuck in court.”

The Biden campaign was quick to make light of this:

The problem is that Donald Trump is pretty much admitting he’s getting his butt kicked. He failed to avoid going on trial. And now he’s failed to figure out how to campaign and fundraise during his trial. When you’re a right wing leader and you admit this kind of weakness, you’re finished.
