Donald Trump just lost Michigan AGAIN

Dear Palmer Report readers, we all understand the difficult era we're heading into. Major media outlets are caving to Trump already. Even the internet itself and publishing platforms may be at risk. But Palmer Report is nonetheless going to lead the fight. We're funding our 2025 operating expenses now, so we can keep publishing no matter what happens. I'm asking you to contribute if you can, because the stakes are just so high. You can donate here.

– The really fun part was watching Donald Trump tweet “Flip Michigan back to TRUMP” just a few minutes before Wayne County finally certified its results and confirmed that Michigan was won by Joe Biden. For a minute there Trump thought he had a brief glimmer of hope, or wanted us to believe that he did. He never did. Wayne County was always going to get overruled at the state level if it didn’t fix things, which is why it went ahead and fixed things.

– As blatantly wrong as the polls were in some states, the polls in Georgia ended up being pretty much spot-on. Joe Biden won the state narrowly, in accordance with his narrow lead in the polls there. The Ossoff-Perdue race ended up nearly tied, as the polls predicted. So this suggests that the polling for the Georgia runoff races could also end up being pretty accurate. For whatever it’s worth, the initial polling suggests that both runoff races are essentially tied. That means it’s going to be a turnout election. If you donate money or volunteer to phone bank, you can put Democratic candidates Jon Ossoff and Raphael Warnock over the top.

– Donald Trump is now tweeting that Georgia Governor Brian Kemp must “see the light before it is too late” and “finally take charge.” No one has any idea what he’s even talking about. Trump is trying to find a way to make himself relevant in the Georgia runoff races, but nobody on the Republican side wants him involved. Trump should start getting used to this kind of irrelevance; it’ll define him over the next year or two.
