Donald Trump just lost in court again

We've launched the Palmer Report 2025 Operating Expenses Fund. If we can fully fund this, it'll bridge the gap and ensure that Palmer Report can keep fighting now and forever. I'm asking you to contribute what you can to our GoFundMe Page or our PayPal Page, both of which accept debit and credit cards. Thank you.

Watching Donald Trump lose, is like finding sweet nirvana. Donald Trump’s request for a new trial in his sexual abuse case has been denied. Denied AGAIN! Happy New Year, Donnie! The Court of Appeals reiterated that the verdict against Donald Trump would stand. Happy New Year, Felon!

In the decision, the court says Donald “has not carried his burden of proof to show that any claimed error or combination of claimed errors affected his substantial rights as required to warrant a new trial.” Well – that’s it then. Trump’s New Year is ruined. Not that the man would have been happy even if this had not happened.

Nobody does court appeals like Trump. But it seems every time he tries — he gets slapped down. At this point, the phrase ‘Donald Trump loses in court” are becoming one of the most used terms in the English language

Trump will most definitely NOT be happy about this. I am. Trump can’t get rid of the verdict no matter how many times he tries. It was decided fairly and justly in a court of law, and he lost—big time.

So he will have to pay the piper—pay out to a gentle and strong willow of a woman whom he tried to hurt and humiliate. It’s not like he can blame anybody but his own wicked self here. He engaged in evil deeds. Meanwhile, E. Jean Carroll, a woman as lovely as mountain Laurel, really is the big winner here. She gets the last laugh — again.

It's been a tough week, a tough month, a tough year. For all of us. But the fight goes on. Because we know how important this is. Because we care. Because we're the ones who fight. It's you and me. It has been for a decade. And I'm never backing down. But Palmer Report does have operating expenses. And in this uncertain time, I truly need your help. For that reason I've launched the Palmer Report 2025 Operating Expenses Fund. If we can fully fund this, it'll bridge the gap and ensure that Palmer Report can keep fighting now and forever. I'm asking you to contribute what you can to our GoFundMe Page or our PayPal Page, both of which accept debit and credit cards. Thank you.
