The court appointed monitor overseeing the Trump Organization just filed a devastating report documenting that the company is still making “misstatements and errors” in its financial reporting. In other words, Donald Trump and the Trump Organization have done nothing to try to clean up their act since the New York Attorney General’s investigation began.
Judge Engoron has already ruled that Donald Trump and his company engaged in fraud. Now we’re just waiting for him to announce the size of the damages. This new report, which shows Trump and his company being unrepentant, could prompt the judge to assign even higher damages. Buckle up.
