Donald Trump just admitted he expects to lose Trump Tower
Donald Trump wanted to be the King of America, but instead he ended up merely being the king of projection. Each time he tries aggressively lashing out at the people who are taking him down, he gives away what it is that he fears most.
Trump shared a social media post this weekend that accused New York Attorney General Letitia James of having her “eyes on Trump Tower.” In other words, Donald Trump now expects to lose Trump Tower as part of the verdict against him in his New York civil fraud trial.
At this point the real question is just how much Trump loses in this trial. Letitia James is seeking a minimum of $250 million, and the judge has already ruled that Trump is liable for fraud. It’s hard to imagine that $250 million could be extracted from his financial house of cards without toppling the entire thing. At this rate he might not even get to keep Mar-a-Lago. Then again, he’s going to prison for the rest of his life, so it’s not like he’ll need a home anyway.
