Donald Trump Jr just stepped in it
When the news broke on Saturday that the Manhattan District Attorney and the Fulton County District Attorney now appear to be racing each other to see who can indict and arrest Donald Trump first, we noted that his kids went awfully quiet in response.
But now Donald Trump Jr is piping up again, and he’s not exactly helping himself. He’s now hyping a Fox News article which claims that as many as half of all U.S. Border Patrol agents will end up quitting in response to President Biden’s COVID vaccine mandate. Naturally, Junior is trying to spin this as some kind of “weak on immigration” narrative.
Here’s the thing, though. We’re not taking this Fox News article at face value, considering the source. But if it is true, then it reveals that the Border Patrol is dominated by right wing extremists and anti-vaxxer lunatics, which would help explain why the agency was so criminally out of control during the Trump era. Donald Trump Jr. isn’t exactly helping his own side by pointing this out. But then when is Junior ever helping himself?
