Donald Trump Jr. is caught up in a whole new criminal scandal

Dear Palmer Report readers, we all understand the difficult era we're heading into. Major media outlets are caving to Trump already. Even the internet itself and publishing platforms may be at risk. But Palmer Report is nonetheless going to lead the fight. We're funding our 2025 operating expenses now, so we can keep publishing no matter what happens. I'm asking you to contribute if you can, because the stakes are just so high. You can donate here.

There are so many beautiful and majestic things to see in this world. We have stunning parks, breathtaking waterfalls, glowing mountain peaks. We have bustling cities and sun-kissed white sand beaches that are so magnificent it almost hurts. And we have wildlife. Is there anything more majestic, captivating, and astounding than our outdoor friends?

Watching our wildlife — tigers and bears and beautiful, free-spirited birds — dance to freedoms in their own habitats can be extraordinary. Not for Donald Trump Junior, however. Junior, like most of the Trumps, does not seem to have an appreciation of freedoms. Junior’s reputation as a hunter is long-known.

Junior hunts elephants. He hunts bears. And in at least one case, he seemed to have had a hunting guide. I say this because that guide is now facing prison time. Wade Lemon is his name. He is looking at possibly five years in prison.

This is so because he reportedly baited a bear — while on the hunting trail with Junior. And what he did was illegal. It’s a felony. “A pile of grain, oil, and pastries.” This is what was reportedly used to bait the poor bear. It was for Junior — so Junior could murder it.

Junior is not being charged because, according to Utah Attorney Troy Rawlings, Junior did not know what was being done was illegal. The Utah Department of Natural Resources confirmed Junior’s identity as the reported hunter.

Let me be clear — I dislike Donald Trump Junior. I dislike him for many reasons, but his cruelty toward animals — toward our treasured wildlife is definitely a big reason. Maybe in the future, Junior should acquaint himself with the rules of the hunting game before he hunts. Or maybe he should just stop entirely.
