You’d think Donald Trump Jr and Eric Trump would have something to say right about now; they always do. But since they got the news last night that President Biden managed to pull off an infrastructure bill that their father spent four years making false promises about, they’ve been silent on Twitter.
Can’t help but wonder if this is related to today’s news that the Fulton County Georgia DA is preparing to empanel a special grand jury to take Donald Trump down faster, which comes on the heels of the news that the Manhattan DA is empaneling a second grand jury to bring new indictments that could include Donald Trump and his kids.
Has it finally hit these two numbskull offspring that they and their father are truly in criminal trouble, after all those years of escaping it? Are they embarrassed at coming face to face with their father’s political impotence? Have they gone quiet on advice of counsel, or have they merely been stunned into silence temporarily? Either way, their silence is speaking volumes.
