Donald Trump is having a no good, very bad, horrible day

Those three big NO’s come from the Washington D.C. Circuit of appeals which just took Donald Trump’s imaginary escape door and slammed it shut in his face. No immunity for Donald Trump.
“We cannot accept former President Trump’s claim that a President has unbounded authority to commit crimes…nor can we sanction his apparent contention that the Executive has Carte blanche to violate the rights of individual citizens to vote and to have their votes count.”
Unanimous. Poor little Donald. Poor, poor little traitor. So we have a good and just ruling from the D.C. Circuit Court of appeals. That part is over. Donald Trump has lost.
I must remark on something. Donald Trump has an incredible record as far as losing goes. It is the one thing he does so much better than ANYBODY. In all seriousness — we are a nation of laws. What we are not is a dictatorship.
It was always going to go this way. Trump’s immunity dream was that of a man lost in a desert, dreaming of an imaginary fresh stream of water. The bottom lime is that there was never going to be a rescue for trump, no way to get out of this situation he and he alone caused.
Undoubtedly, Donald Trump will be deeply angered by this ruling, and who knows? His upcoming temper tantrum may be happening as I write these words. But it doesn’t matter. NO IMMUNITY. It turns out Trump cannot shoot someone on fifth avenue without consequences.
The only people who could entertain the thought of immunity from prosecution are crazy people, sociopaths and traitors. Donald has the distinct honor of being all three of the above. There is one line I LOVED from this filing, which will likely enrage Mr. Trump the most: “former president Trump has become Citizen Trump.”
Citizen Trump. You hear that, Donnie? You’re not — not — special. Poor little Donnie (sarcasm) drifting through life wanting only to be SPECIAL — better than the average person.
Only he is not. He is CITIZEN Trump, just one mere speck on this vast earth, nobody of consequence, just another person — an insane one, to be sure, but a human being who has no immunity.
He will likely appeal to the Supreme Court. I do not think they’ll take the case, but we’ll see. Yes, Donald Trump will go on trial before the election. And if you’re like me, you can hardly wait.
