Donald Trump is having a late night meltdown about McDonald’s
Donald Trump, who seemingly eats McDonald’s for every meal and has been known to angrily throw ketchup at the wall, now seems to be very angry about the Big Mac restaurant. It’s late at night and Trump is busy ranting on social media – not about the election, not about the issues, but about McDonald’s.
Trump just posted this: “Comrade Kamala Harris NEVER WORKED AT McDONALDS – A TOTAL LIE. LAMESTREAM MEDEA REFUSES TO REPORT THIS FACT. ABC FAKE NEWS IS A LOSER!” Sheesh, where do we even start?
First of all, “Comrade Kamala” might be the lamest and least effective attempt at an insult in American political history. The nickname has caught on with precisely zero people. From there, you really have to ask why Trump is so fixated on – of all the numerous aspects of this election – the fact that Kamala Harris worked at McDonald’s in her youth? Who could possibly care about this?
Also, why is Trump singling out ABC News specifically in relation to McDonald’s? Is Trump upset that ABC didn’t ask Kamala Harris about working at McDonald’s during the debate? Is Trump really under the impression that the debate would have gone a different way if McDonald’s had been involved? Is Trump just hungry? Someone get this guy a snack. And a binky. It’s past his bedtime.
