A former prosecutor from the Southern District of Florida, appeared on MSNBC, and what he had to say was pretty mind blowing to say the least. He was describing what normal people go through when they self surrender in Florida.

And it’s his opinion, that if the Trump case follows normal procedure, Donald Trump will actually spent several hours in a jail cell before he appears before the judge. Apparently, this is normal in Florida. When a person self surrenders, they have special procedures that they have to go through.

They’re not always handcuffed, although sometimes they are, and they also have to answer many personal questions in detail. It is important that everything about the person surrendering be known.

However, in most cases in the southern district, these people are not always processed quickly. Often there is a gap between the time they self surrender, and the time they actually go before the judge.

During that time, what happens to most of them is they sit in a cell. The period of time ranges but it’s usually 3 to 4 hours. Of course, we don’t know if Donald Trump’s going to be treated as a normal person, a normal criminal.

But let’s just say he is. If he is, and if the protocol follows what usually happens, it is entirely conceivable, even likely, that Tuesday afternoon Donald Trump will get his first glimpse of prison life.

It is entirely conceivable, even likely that Donald Trump will be sitting in a cell for hours, no truth social, no friends, no applause, just Donald Trump in a lonely, isolated , pathetic, tiny cell. Donald Trump — the man in the cell. Could be happening much quicker than you think.
