Donald Trump thinks Nikki Haley is Nancy Pelosi, he thinks Joe Biden is Barack Obama, and he thinks his own former doctor is Mike Johnson. The guy has no idea what he’s talking about most of the time, and his cognitive deficiencies are getting worse by the day.

Now Trump is resorting to making up imaginary fighter jets:

Anybody can randomly misspeak. But Donald Trump consistently seems to have no idea what’s even going on. His cognitive universe is rapidly shrinking around him. It’ll only get even worse for him.
