Donald Trump hints he has dirt on Nikki Haley after nearly losing to her in New Hampshire

Dear Palmer Report readers, we all understand the difficult era we're heading into. Major media outlets are caving to Trump already. Even the internet itself and publishing platforms may be at risk. But Palmer Report is nonetheless going to lead the fight. We're funding our 2025 operating expenses now, so we can keep publishing no matter what happens. I'm asking you to contribute if you can, because the stakes are just so high. You can donate here.

Donald Trump defeated Nikki Haley by about ten points in New Hampshire tonight, after having insisted he’d win by thirty. Instead of trying to spin his weak win into something positive and move on, Trump is busy whining and unwittingly spinning it into a loss for himself.

In particular, Trump is publicly urging Nikki Haley to drop out of the race because if she got the nomination, she’d end up “under investigation.” Trump declined to say for what, but he said that he knew of “five” things that Haley would end up under investigation for if she were the nominee.

If the media had five pieces of dirt on Nikki Haley, or even one piece of dirt on Haley, the media would be using that dirt to drum up ratings by now. What it sounds like is that Trump is threatening to give dirt about Haley to the media if she keeps closely competing with him going forward.

This doesn’t necessarily mean that Trump actually has dirt on Nikki Haley. A few days ago Trump thought Nikki Haley was Nancy Pelosi. At this point nothing that Trump says is reliable, obviously. But it sure does look like Trump wants to make things as ugly as possible to get revenge for the fact that Haley is daring to compete with him. Stay tuned.
