Donald Trump has “tipola” dementia episode during failed attempt at a speech

Donald Trump’s cognitive abilities are in such free fall, his babysitters keep canceling large chunks of his campaign events down the stretch. When Trump does show up in public these days it tends to go horribly for him. He doesn’t know where he’s at or what’s going on.

That ended up being the case tonight when Trump tried to give a speech but ended up saying something about “increasing the so called tipola” before having some kind of dementia reset:
