Donald Trump has some kind of mental breakdown in rare swing state appearance
Donald Trump is now so senile, so fragile, so embarrassing, and so detrimental to his own cause, his babysitters rarely allow him to even appear in swing states anymore. For instance today they had him giving a rally speech out on Long Island in New York, for no reason other than perhaps to try to cheer him up by letting him hold a rally in a state where he can’t do any damage because he’s going to lose it anyway.
Why are Trump’s babysitters mostly keeping him away from swing states? When he did make a rare swing state appearance in Michigan earlier this week, he flamed out catastrophically. Trump held a sort of town hall event where he took questions from his own supporters, which by definition meant they were all going to be softballs.
But when Trump was asked something as simple as how he’s going to bring down the cost of food, he gave a twenty paragraph response about electric cars and stranded astronauts that bordered on a mental breakdown. Only Trump could hold a staged event with his own biggest supporters and still come away worse for wear. Trump is lucky, in a sense, that the media no longer televises most of his events. Every time he opens his mouth he’s costing himself votes.
