Donald Trump has one senile word salad moment after another and then calls America a “garbage can” during embarrassingly small rally
Donald Trump held an embarrassingly small rally today, only managing to fill perhaps 3500 out of the 5000 seats at a venue in Phoenix, a metro area with five million people. As small as the crowd was, Trump himself managed to be the central source of embarrassment.
At one point Trump got Ukraine confused with Afghanistan. At another point he got the federal agency ICE confused with the terrorist group ISIS. He then began talking about an imaginary person named Jimmy, before announcing that Jimmy had a “fat ass.” Then Trump announced that the United States is a “garbage can for the world.”
Trump’s bizarre combination of dementia and psychopathy is resulting in some of the most embarrassing moments in the history of presidential campaigning. It’s also prompting Trump to be more open and direct than ever about his racism. In any case Trump isn’t helping himself with persuadable voters at all. And given how badly his crowds are shrinking, even his own base can’t bear to watch as he slips and slides into full blown dementia.
