Donald Trump has bonkers “stollen” meltdown, gives away just how badly this is going for him
Even as we speak, there are major media outlets still trying to chase ratings by hyping the notion that Donald Trump โ who’s about to be criminally indicted and put on trial in three different jurisdictions โ is somehow a 2024 frontrunner. But back in the real world, Trump’s latest frustrated meltdown gives away just how poorly this is going for him.
Trump appears to have convinced himself that if he can get House Republicans to hold enough public hearings about how the 2020 election was supposedly rigged against him, it’ll somehow make him popular enough to win in 2024. Of course this isn’t a real strategy and wouldn’t help him even if House Republicans were capable of getting their intended messaging across, which they are not.
On Wednesday, House Republicans held a public hearing whose goal was to accuse social media networks of having rigged the 2020 election against Trump. But the hearings got almost no attention, because no one in the sane world has any interest in hearing about such an absurd notion.
While the hearings were busy crashing and burning for a nonexistent audience, Donald Trump announced on his own failed social network that the hearings proved the election was “RIGGED AND STOLLEN” from him. But all that did was get everyone on viable social networks laughing at him for not knowing how “stolen” is spelled.
At this point it’s possible Trump and/or his handlers are misspelling things like this on purpose, just to try to bring some attention to Trump’s messaging. But if that’s the case, all it does is demonstrate just how difficult of a time Trump is having at getting any messaging across at all. Trump can’t do anything to get desirable headlines about his imaginary 2024 campaign โ and soon the only headlines about him will be about the indictments against him.
