After the President of the United States delivers the State of the Union address, it’s customary for some rising member of the other political party to deliver a response. Of course there are no rising stars in the Republican Party anymore. There’s just Trump. And since he no longer appears to remember how time works, he delivered his “response” to President Biden’s State of the Union in advance:
