Donald Trump has berserk midnight meltdown, begins attacking Republican Senators

Dear Palmer Report readers, we all understand the difficult era we're heading into. Major media outlets are caving to Trump already. Even the internet itself and publishing platforms may be at risk. But Palmer Report is nonetheless going to lead the fight. We're funding our 2025 operating expenses now, so we can keep publishing no matter what happens. I'm asking you to contribute if you can, because the stakes are just so high. You can donate here.

Earlier this week, we noted how odd it was that Donald Trump had begun attacking the Republican Senate for its supposed unwillingness to rescue him from the criminal charges he’s facing. It’s not as if Republican Senators (or really anyone) can save him at this point, so what was he even after?

In any case Trump is now heightening his attacks on the Republican Senate, and zeroing in on the specific Senators he appears to blame for his downfall. Sometime around midnight Trump posted this on social media:

“Who is a worse Senator, John “The Stiff” Cornyn of Texas, or Mitt “The Loser” Romney of Massachusetts (Utah?)? They are both weak, ineffective, and very bad for the Republican Party, and our Nation.”

So what’s Trump getting at here? He certainly has no idea. He’s just the kind of malignant narcissist who, as he gets closer to his downfall, is more inclined to blame those around him for that downfall. If this keeps up he’ll be blaming his own family by the end of the week.
