Donald Trump gets a lump of coal
It’s becoming surreal watching major media outlets pretend to be surprised that Donald Trump’s 2024 faux-campaign is crashing and burning into a pit of irrelevance. The media spent two years chasing ratings by pretending “Trump 2024” was going to be a real thing, so now they have to pretend to be shocked that it turns out to have never been a real thing. And when Trump is predictably indicted, most major media outlets will pretend to be shocked by that development as well.
– Tesla stock is down 60% over the past three months. During this same timeframe no other car company has seen remotely similar drops, and the NASDAQ-100 Technology Sector index has only fallen by 7%. Tesla’s plunge is unique, and specifically related to the unraveling of its CEO
