Donald Trump goes ballistic after learning Jack Smith has gotten THREE of his attorneys to testify against him to the grand jury

Dear Palmer Report readers, we all understand the difficult era we're heading into. Major media outlets are caving to Trump already. Even the internet itself and publishing platforms may be at risk. But Palmer Report is nonetheless going to lead the fight. We're funding our 2025 operating expenses now, so we can keep publishing no matter what happens. I'm asking you to contribute if you can, because the stakes are just so high. You can donate here.

When the news broke days ago that DOJ Special Counsel Jack Smith had gotten Donald Trump’s attorney Evan Corcoran to testify against him to the grand jury last month, I pointed out that this was likely only a fraction of the story. After all, we only tend to learn isolated details about these kinds of probes, and usually on a significant delay, because none of this stuff ever makes it to the media until someone involved strategically decides to give it to the media.

Sure enough, a couple days later the news separately broke that Smith had also gotten another Trump attorney, Christina Bobb, to testify against Trump last month to the grand jury. And then another day after that, the news separately broke that Smith had gotten a third Trump attorney, Alina Habba, to testify against Trump to the grand jury. So now we’re getting closer to the real story.

It’s also being reported that while Trump’s attorneys did give several hours of grand jury testimony against him, Smith is going through the court process of trying to force them to come back and give even more testimony against him. But what’s largely being glossed over is that for the DOJ to have been able to put Trump’s attorneys in front of the grand jury at all, the DOJ had to have already gone through the process of convincing the courts to let such a thing happen. In other words, Jack Smith and the DOJ are clearly already pretty far down the road of removing attorney-client privilege from the equation, and turning Trump’s legal team into star witnesses against him in his indictment.

This fact doesn’t appear to be lost on Donald Trump, who is now going completely ballistic about it on his failed social network. Trump is accusing Jack Smith of trying to “intimidate” Trump’s lawyers, insisting we’ve “never seen such antics before.” In other words, Trump has concluded that his own attorneys gave him up, and is proceeding to play victim about it. Donald Trump is toast and he knows it.
