Donald Trump and his co-conspirators hit the panic button over RICO

Dear Palmer Report readers, we all understand the difficult era we're heading into. Major media outlets are caving to Trump already. Even the internet itself and publishing platforms may be at risk. But Palmer Report is nonetheless going to lead the fight. We're funding our 2025 operating expenses now, so we can keep publishing no matter what happens. I'm asking you to contribute if you can, because the stakes are just so high. You can donate here.

Fulton County DA Fani Willis is reportedly planning to criminally indict more than a dozen people next week in her criminal probe into Donald Trump’s plot to overthrow the 2020 election in Georgia. If you’re thinking that Trump and his co-conspirators are panicking right now, then you’re right.

Trump world figures are telling Rolling Stone that panic is setting in among those in Trump world who fear they’ll be among the indicted. More specifically, they’re afraid that the charges will be centered around RICO, which would essentially mean that everyone involved in the criminal plot would be held responsible for the actions of everyone else in the criminal plot.

We still don’t know precisely who will be indicted in Fulton County. Donald Trump seems a given. And some local Georgia politicians have already given away that they expect to be indicted. But when it comes to Trump’s national political allies like Rudy Giuliani, Lindsey Graham, Mark Meadows and others, who’s getting criminally charged? Who has already secretly flipped? Stay tuned. We’ll know within days.
