DOJ filing suggests Donald Trump stole White House call logs too

Dear Palmer Report readers, we all understand the difficult era we're heading into. Major media outlets are caving to Trump already. Even the internet itself and publishing platforms may be at risk. But Palmer Report is nonetheless going to lead the fight. We're funding our 2025 operating expenses now, so we can keep publishing no matter what happens. I'm asking you to contribute if you can, because the stakes are just so high. You can donate here.

Given that the DOJ found stolen classified nuclear secrets in Donald Trump’s home, putting him in grave violation of the Espionage Act, his legal situation can’t get even worse, can it? Maybe it can. Because Trump is waging a pointless battle over the evidence the DOJ seized from his home, DOJ court filings are now helping to spell out just how thoroughly it has him nailed.

For instance, a new filing today appears to reveal that the DOJ also found Donald Trump’s White House call logs at Mar-a-Lago. This would mean that Trump stole those call logs in an effort at keeping investigators from finding out what he was really up to during key moments of his ongoing crime spree – which would be obstruction of justice.

As Allison Gill points out, the January 6th Committee has previously said that some Trump White House call logs from January 6th had gone missing. Are these the same call logs that the DOJ seized from Trump’s home?

The kicker is that these kinds of ugly details are only surfacing ahead of Trump’s indictment because Trump is contesting this stuff in court with dumb stunt after dumb stunt. If Trump weren’t contesting the evidence, none of this would be coming out until he’s indicted. If anything, Trump is unwittingly making sure that average Americans know just how guilty he is, before he’s arrested.
