“DO SOMETHING!”

Dear Palmer Report readers, we all understand the difficult era we're heading into. Major media outlets are caving to Trump already. Even the internet itself and publishing platforms may be at risk. But Palmer Report is nonetheless going to lead the fight. We're funding our 2025 operating expenses now, so we can keep publishing no matter what happens. I'm asking you to contribute if you can, because the stakes are just so high. You can donate here.

“Do something!!!” Fear has taken over Trump psyche, turning him into a whiny and demanding child screaming for someone to help him. Do something! Do something! Isn’t that music to your ears? It has a lovely melody I do believe.

Trump’s message was to Republicans. He demanded on Truth Social that Republicans go about the nasty business of impeaching President Joe Biden, and head of the justice department, Merritt Garland.

Oh Trump, this is a call for help all right only there is nobody waiting to rescue you. Haven’t we waited for this for so long? Haven’t we waited for Trump to finally show fear? It appears that has happened after he received the target letter that Jack Smith sent him for the January 6 investigation.

Trump was definitely rattled, and in fact that is much too mild the world to describe what happened next. Donald Trump descended into a pile of humiliated and outraged orange bones, and finally showed a hint of the thunderous fear that we know he is feeling, though he’s trying to hide it from us.

What are you waiting for? He demanded to Republicans: impeach Garland! Impeach Biden! Some Republicans do want to help him. For example, Matt Gaetz is mumbling yet again about defunding Jack Smith’s investigation. That is not a real thing as the hair-challenged Congressman certainly knows. He’s just trying to show his loyalty to Trump.

Trump can yell all he wants but there is nobody who’s going to save him from himself, from any of this. Not his beloved, Judge Cannon, not Kevin McCarthy, nor Mitch McConnell or any politician, not Fox, not his kids, or his wife, or his sycophant Lindsey Graham. Donald Trump is on his own on this one. There can be no help and I think from the fear that is guiding his every movement, he finally knows that.
