First election day voter in Dixville Notch is a lifelong Republican voting for Joe Biden
This election has already seen roughly a hundred million Americans voting early. But at the stroke of midnight it’ll officially be Election Day, and that means the tiny town of Dixville Notch is about to do its traditional post-midnight voting.
It turns out the first person in the nation set to cast a vote is a guy named Les Otten. He’s a lifelong Republican, but he says he’s voting for Joe Biden:

That’s not particularly surprising. The Republican Party has completely unraveled in recent years, as Donald Trump has turned the GOP into a corrupt extremist lawless cesspool, and Republican leaders have eagerly gone along with him, while driving the country into the ground. It’s time for Joe Biden to put this nation back together.
