Rudy Giuliani goes off the deep end about what’ll happen if he “disappears”
Rudy Giuliani appeared on Fox News earlier today and stated – not for the first time – that if Donald Trump throws him under the bus, he has “insurance.” This has been universally interpreted as Rudy saying that he has insurance against Trump. But now Rudy is insisting on Twitter that he means something entirely different – and it’s arguably even more alarming.
Here’s what Rudy tweeted this evening: “The statement I’ve made several times of having an insurance policy, if thrown under bus, is sarcastic & relates to the files in my safe about the Biden Family’s 4 decade monetizing of his office. If I disappear, it will appear immediately along with my RICO chart.” Wait, what?
First of all, if Rudy has evidence against the Bidens locked in a safe that would justify the felonies that Rudy and Trump have committed in the Ukraine scandal, why is he still sitting on it at this late date? Also, it makes zero sense that Rudy would keep saying he has evidence against Biden in case Trump throws him under the bus. For that matter, Rudy probably just gave SDNY the legal grounds to get a search warrant for his safe.
Rudy Giuliani is so far gone, it can be difficult to figure out what he’s trying to say. Our guess is he is very much trying to send a clear message to Donald Trump about pardoning him or else – but he’s trying to cover his tracks by claiming that he isn’t really saying what he’s saying. In any case, the real upshot here is that Rudy is so freaked out, he’s openly talking about what’ll happen if he “disappears.”
