Democrat Ruben Gallego drops the hammer on his upcoming opponent Kari Lake
Senator Kyrsten Sinema still insists she’s going to run for reelection in 2024, even though she has no political party and virtually no support base. Three way 2024 polling places her a distant third. It appears the actual 2024 Senate race in Arizona will be between Democratic candidate Ruben Gallego and whoever the Republicans end up nominating.
To that end, right wing troll and serial election loser Kari Lake just officially entered the 2024 Senate race in Arizona as a Republican candidate. It’s too early to tell if she’ll end up being the Republican nominee, or if some other right wing whack job will end up winning the nomination.
Either way, Ruben Gallego is wasting no time welcoming Kari Lake to the race:
Welcome to the race @KariLake. I look forward to substantive discussions on *checks notes* your plan to ban abortion without exception, your undermining of our democracy, and threats of violence.
That’s why voters rejected you the first time around and we’ll do it again.

Polling shows Ruben Gallego slightly in first place in three-way polling. That’s good news, but it’s going to be a close one. Races in Arizona always are. Now is a good time to get behind Gallego. You can donate here.
