Donald Trump has unhinged meltdown about Justin Trudeau

Dear Palmer Report readers, we all understand the difficult era we're heading into. Major media outlets are caving to Trump already. Even the internet itself and publishing platforms may be at risk. But Palmer Report is nonetheless going to lead the fight. We're funding our 2025 operating expenses now, so we can keep publishing no matter what happens. Donald Trump’s performance at the G7 Summit was one for the history books. He managed to offend the leaders of several close U.S. allies, to the point that German Chancellor Angela Merkel stared him down and French President Emmanuel Macron all but told him off. Trump arrived late, left early, and confirmed his status as Putin’s puppet when he demanded that Russia be added to the G7. Now that Trump has failed on a historic level, he’s launched into an unhinged meltdown about Canadian Prime Minister Justin Trudeau.

Earlier in the week, while speaking with Trudeau on the phone, Trump falsely accused Canada of having burned down the White House in the War of 1812 (Canada didn’t even become an independent nation until decades later). Now Trump is going utterly berserk about Trudeau in a Twitter meltdown that’s on the verge of being scary.

First, Trump posted this hostile but meaningless threat: “Based on Justin’s false statements at his news conference, and the fact that Canada is charging massive Tariffs to our U.S. farmers, workers and companies, I have instructed our U.S. Reps not to endorse the Communique as we look at Tariffs on automobiles flooding the U.S. Market!” Then Trump launched into a whine-fest about how Trudeau conducted himself: “PM Justin Trudeau of Canada acted so meek and mild during our @G7 meetings only to give a news conference after I left saying that, “US Tariffs were kind of insulting” and he “will not be pushed around.” Very dishonest & weak.”

Over the past week Donald Trump has viciously attacked or insulted the leaders of Canada, Germany, France, and the United Kingdom – even while praising Russian dictator Vladimir Putin and North Korean dictator Kim Jong-Un. Whatever team Trump is playing for, it’s not the one that’s on the side of America, freedom or democracy.
