Delusional Don strikes again
“President” Donald Trump is on a roll in recent days, apparently trying to persuade Americans that terrorists are invading, that he and the GOP are in favor of healthcare coverage for pre-existing conditions, that there is a pending middle-class tax cut, and that California is engaged in riots. His Vice President for derriere kissing, Mike Pence, is following suit. None of it is true.
Trump has asserted that there are “criminals and unknown Middle Easterners” in the caravan but has provided no evidence. Sarah Huckabee Sanders informed reporters Trump “absolutely” possessed evidence. Pence jumped in, saying it was “inconceivable” people of Middle Eastern descent have not joined the caravan. Pence went on to state this during a Washington Post-sponsored event, again with no substantiation:
“In the last fiscal year, we apprehended more than 10 terrorists or suspected terrorists per day at our Southern border from countries that are referred to in the lexicon as ‘other than Mexico.’ That means from the Middle East region.” Apparently, there is no Central or South America or any other country. If not Mexico, it must be Middle East. Dippy Don Jr. tweeted about the reality of infiltrating the caravan with terrorists.
Like most stuff coming from this administration daily, caution should be exercised, and your shoes scrubbed when entering buildings to scrape off the crap.
There also are not any visible riots in California, the administration and many local candidates (such as Rick Scott) are suing to prevent healthcare being readily available for those with pre-existing conditions, and finally, there are no middle-class tax cuts on the table, as Congress is in recess until post-elections. What all of this appears to be is Trump’s desperation to cling to a Republican majority in both houses. The alternative for him is that the everything will hit the fan and he knows his jig is up. Vote smartly in the next two weeks and create the proverbial blowback against Trump.
