“DEAD” – Donald Trump has hallucinatory meltdown as his New York civil fraud trial goes horribly wrong for him
Just how horribly is Donald Trump’s New York civil fraud trial going for him? For one thing, he already lost the trial by summary judgment before it began. But things have now gotten even worse, with Trump having been hit with multiple fines and on the verge of being locked up, even as Trump appeared to get caught committing perjury today.
But Trump, in his increasingly hallucinatory state, has somehow decided that the trial is going better for him than ever. Trump declared on social media tonight that the “New York State Attorney Generals case against me is DEAD.” Well now, that’s news to everyone in the real world.
Trump then went on a bender about how Michael Cohen committed perjury and then confessed that Trump did nothing wrong. Wait, what? We get why Trump is projecting his own perjury scandal onto Cohen, but it’s just weird that Trump is now also hallucinating about Cohen having somehow exonerated him. But then Trump called Cohen a “SleazeBag.” Wait, if Cohen supposedly just exonerated Trump, why is Trump attacking Cohen for it?
Then Trump declared that “The Governor should get involved.” Wait, does Trump not know that the Governor of New York is a Democrat? Is he under the hallucinatory notion that the Republican candidate he endorsed in the last New York Governor race ended up winning or something? What is this clown even talking about?
But that’s the problem for Donald Trump: he’s far too mentally and cognitively incompetent to be able to process any of what’s happening to him. So his broken mind is piecing together this imaginary version where the trial is going swimmingly for him. Things are getting worse for Trump by the day. And the worse they get, the more Trump tries to convince himself that they’re going better than ever. He’ll still be talking like this to the guards when he’s in prison.
