Darn right Trump is going to prison
With all the recent media focus on the Trump shooting, the Biden decision, and now the Kamala Harris candidacy, it’s easy to forget that Donald Trump is still very much on track to go to prison. Yes, really.
First, Trump is going to face sentencing in his New York criminal trial in September. While it’s far from a guarantee that Trump will be given a prison sentence (his 34 felonies are the lowest class of felony), it’s very possible. And that’s just the half of it.
Now that the Democrats appear to be safely navigating the transition rom President Biden to VP Kamala Harris, Trump faces the very real prospect of losing this election. If he does lose, he’ll go on criminal trial three times in 2025, and a conviction in any one of those three cases would come with a near-automatic lengthy prison sentence. So let’s go put Kamala in the White House, which will put Trump in the big house.
