Here’s the scoop on the big Joe Biden – Kamala Harris campaign event

Dear Palmer Report readers, we all understand the difficult era we're heading into. Major media outlets are caving to Trump already. Even the internet itself and publishing platforms may be at risk. But Palmer Report is nonetheless going to lead the fight. We're funding our 2025 operating expenses now, so we can keep publishing no matter what happens. I'm asking you to contribute if you can, because the stakes are just so high. You can donate here.

This morning Kamala Harris tweeted a video in which she endorsed her former rival Joe Biden for President. This set off a frenzy of speculation – particularly when she said near the end of the video that she’d be seeing everyone in Detroit on Monday. Sure enough, Kamala and Biden are doing a joint campaign event. Now the details have been released.

The event takes place at Renaissance High School in Detroit, Michigan, on Monday night. The doors open at 7:00pm local time, and attendees are being allowed to sign up in advance. Major crowds can be expected for a historic joint appearance like this, so if you’re planning to attend, you’ll probably want to get there really early and stand in line. We’re guessing that large chunks of the event will air live on networks like MSNBC and CNN.

Joe Biden has recently surged into the lead in the polls in the Michigan 2020 Democratic primary contest, which takes place on Tuesday – hence the Monday evening rally in Detroit. This event has fueled further speculation that Kamala Harris could end up playing a major role in a Joe Biden administration, such as Vice President or Attorney General.
