Contempt of Court

Like the beguilingly sweet whispers of a gently lake, today, we, the American people, heard the words that we’ve been waiting for, and those words filled us with delight, wonder, and satisfaction. CONTEMPT OF COURT. US. Judge James Boasberg said he had found the Trump government’s actions constitute a: “willful disregard” for its order” and that cause exists for the Government to be held in contempt.

This is all due to the deportation flights to El Salvador. “The Court does not reach such conclusion lightly or hastily,” The courageous Judge said. He wrote that the court had allowed the Trump government to explain itself, but at this time, “not one of their responses have been satisfactory.”

Of course not, because if there is one thing this administration hates to do, it is to explain itself. It may not have a choice. The judge suggested that to purge the contempt, the administration could “take custody” of the people it deported, and BRING THEM BACK.

Bring them back so they can have hearings. This was a test, and this Judge passed with flying colors. The Judge said if the Defendants (That’s traitor and company) ignore him, they must identify the individual or individual who made the odious decision to deport in the first place, and that person or people would be prosecuted.

I write a lot about the bad apples. It’s important to celebrate the good. This Judge is one of the good ones. I imagine it is bedlam in the Trump administration now. They will likely appeal. If they do appeal, this will be quite a test for the Supremes.

However, it is being reported that the Supreme Court may be beginning to be angered by Trump’s insolence (More on that in another article.) If the Trump administration persists in its arrogance, they may find themselves with no allies at all.
