Turns out the whistleblower complaint really is about Donald Trump trying to conspire with a foreign nation to rig the 2020 election

Dear Palmer Report readers, we all understand the difficult era we're heading into. Major media outlets are caving to Trump already. Even the internet itself and publishing platforms may be at risk. But Palmer Report is nonetheless going to lead the fight. We're funding our 2025 operating expenses now, so we can keep publishing no matter what happens. I'm asking you to contribute if you can, because the stakes are just so high. You can donate here.

Palmer Report just got done spelling out this evening that if Donald Trump offered policy favors to the president of Ukraine in exchange for helping promote a fake scandal about Joe Biden, as was being strongly hinted at by The Independent, then Trump was conspiring against the United States to rig the election, and he was going to prison for it. Now it turns out that’s apparently exactly what the whistleblower report is about.

The Washington Post just published yet another bombshell in what is now the cascading series of bombshells known as the Trump whistleblower complaint. It turns out Donald Trump really did make an unethical “promise” to the new president of Ukraine, if the guy was willing to help promote the phony Biden scandal, in the hope of sabotaging Biden’s 2020 candidacy โ€“ and thus sabotaging the 2020 election. The president of Ukraine turned Trump down, but that doesn’t make it any less of a crime, or any less of a devastating scandal.

This means Donald Trump is screwed in every possible sense of the word. He’s been caught red handed, by a member of his own administration, trying to conspire with a foreign nation to rig the 2020 election. We all know that Trump did this with Russia in 2016, but despite a mountain of circumstantial evidence, there never was a singular smoking gun to prove it. This time around, the whistleblower complaint โ€“ along with whatever evidence has been provided in that complaint โ€“ is indeed a smoking gun.

More to the point, the American people now know that the smoking gun exists which proves that Donald Trump tried to criminally conspire with a foreign nation to rig his own reelection. Trump’s people are bending over backward to try to keep this whistleblower document from becoming public, but there’s no turning back now. Everyone involved with this unraveling coverup is looking at a lengthy prison sentence, which means that one or more of them will crack and seek immunity. Trump might as well start working on a resignation plea deal now.
