Donald Trump’s confession
– Established precedent makes clear that accepting a pardon is a confession of guilt. If Donald Trump tries to pardon himself, by law he’s confessing to those crimes. It opens him up to civil action accordingly. And his self pardon would likely be thrown out in court anyway. In any case, state charges have always been what was going to put Trump in prison.
– Donald Trump needs to be added to the terrorist watch list. He’s known to criminally consort with America’s enemies, and now he’s a flight risk. If we’re going to have a watch list at all, Trump has to be at the top of it.
