“Come ply mints” – Donald Trump’s senile brain short circuits during speech
Donald Trump is so deep into dementia that there have been multiple recent instances where he’s seen his own name on the teleprompter and didn’t appear to understand that it was a reference to him. So it stands to reason that he’s failing to recognize or understand other words on the teleprompter either.
For instance, Trump saw the word “compliments” on the teleprompter but was so far gone that he didn’t recognize the word at all, and instead tried to read it phonetically. The result: something like “come ply mints”:

Donald Trump is now so far gone that he doesn’t even recognize common words when he sees them in front of him. There are simply is no cognitive viable cognitive function here anymore. And it’ll only get worse going forward.
