Chris Wallace destroys Donald Trump to his face in new interview
When it was revealed earlier this week that Donald Trump would be sitting down for a Sunday morning interview on Fox News with notoriously relentless interviewer Chris Wallace, we were wondering if Trump would even go through with it. After all, Wallace would surely blow him out of the water.
It turns out the interview has already been recorded in advance, and Chris Wallace is already sharing a small piece of it. When Donald Trump claimed that Joe Biden wants to “defund the police,” Wallace interrupted him and pointed out that this is not the case. Trump then claimed that Biden and Bernie Sanders signed a document calling for the defunding of the police. That’s when things got interesting:

It also suggests that Trump is now increasingly coming to believe his own lies, as evidenced by his insistence on checking the document in question. We can’t wait for the whole thing to air on Sunday. Fox News is worthless overall, but Chris Wallace is the only real journalist over there – and this interview was a mistake for Trump.
