Something doesn’t add up with Chris Christie

Dear Palmer Report readers, we all understand the difficult era we're heading into. Major media outlets are caving to Trump already. Even the internet itself and publishing platforms may be at risk. But Palmer Report is nonetheless going to lead the fight. We're funding our 2025 operating expenses now, so we can keep publishing no matter what happens. I'm asking you to contribute if you can, because the stakes are just so high. You can donate here.

After Chris Christie was in the hospital with a coronavirus for a week, and there were virtually no updates on his condition, CNN broke the news last night that Christie’s coronavirus was serious. The good news was that there was no mention of oxygen or a ventilator. But the bad news was that Christie was taking Remdesivir, which is only for serious cases.

Then this morning Chris Christie suddenly tweeted this: “I am happy to let you know that this morning I was released from Morristown Medical Center. I want to thank the extraordinary doctors & nurses who cared for me for the last week. Thanks to my family & friends for their prayers. I will have more to say about all of this next week.”

Wait a minute, those two things don’t go together. It’s difficult to imagine that sources would feed an incorrect story to CNN about Chris Christie’s coronavirus being serious, because there would be no point. But if his case was serious as of last night, why is he suddenly well enough to leave the hospital today?

We wish Chris Christie well with his health. But this is yet another instance of nothing adding up when it comes to the Trump cartel, and us not being able to believe anything they tell us.
