Caught in the act

Dear Palmer Report readers, we all understand the difficult era we're heading into. Major media outlets are caving to Trump already. Even the internet itself and publishing platforms may be at risk. But Palmer Report is nonetheless going to lead the fight. We're funding our 2025 operating expenses now, so we can keep publishing no matter what happens. I'm asking you to contribute if you can, because the stakes are just so high. You can donate here.

Sunday, February 12, could be remembered for many things. One of them is an action-packed, very exciting Super Bowl. I imagine that all over the country, people took it in. Nachos, chips, and chicken wings were likely the meals of choice for many.

And the night was significant for another reason. It was during this super bowl that we found out once and for all that Twitter owner Elon Musk is a fraud. Now many of us know this. I’d always loathed Musk myself. His history was well known, and by that, I mean his history of treating employees like utter and complete crap.

Then he took over twitter. And now he plays this game where he calls himself “in the middle” regarding the news. Now anyone who has SEEN and studied his tweets KNOWS he’s full of it. Elon Musk is an alt-right indoctrinated crackpot, and I think many know that to be true.

The man always did seem to have a high opinion of himself. Does he really think he’s fooling people? And it was the television camera at the Super Bowl that truly exposed his omnipresent sleaziness Sunday night. Because as the cameras panned around, they came to rest on Musk.

But it was who Musk was with that caused a bit of a stir. There sat our shiny-faced little muskrat comfortably ensconced in a prime seat — with Rupert Murdoch of Fox non-news. Caught in the act, Elon!

Murdoch’s daughter was also there. The three of them sat in a stadium sky box together, looking comfortable and friendly. And this underscored what we’ve known for some time. Musk is one big fraud. I think of all the times he smugly tweets not to believe any news, that most of it is fake. He’s not righteous, nor is he authentic. He’s Rupert Murdoch’s little henchman and everybody needs to know that.

Musk is busily trying to run Twitter into the ground. Undoubtedly Murdoch is whispering in his ear about wokeism. And yet, for all the little boy’s attempts, Twitter still stands proudly. Elon’s reputation however does not.

Most people have not left the platform, everyone is having fun and Musk is losing money, right and left. And nobody takes Musk seriously except his fellow Fox addicts. So who loses here? Not us.
