Cassidy Hutchinson just buried Donald Trump with her Secret Service testimony

Dear Palmer Report readers, we all understand the difficult era we're heading into. Major media outlets are caving to Trump already. Even the internet itself and publishing platforms may be at risk. But Palmer Report is nonetheless going to lead the fight. We're funding our 2025 operating expenses now, so we can keep publishing no matter what happens. I'm asking you to contribute if you can, because the stakes are just so high. You can donate here.

It’s long been reported that the Secret Service had warned Trump White House Chief of Staff Mark Meadows that January 6th could turn violent. Meadows’ former top aide Cassidy Hutchinson just sank Meadows by publicly testifying that Meadows admitted to her that January 6th could get “real, real bad,” even as he moved forward with the plan anyway. But Hutchinson’s testimony about Donald Trump could be even more devastating.

Hutchinson testified that even as the Secret Service was putting his rally attendees through metal detectors early on January 6th, Donald Trump tried to order the Secret Service to take down the metal detectors and let attendees through even if they were armed. Trump’s exact words: “I don’t fucking care about weapons, they’re not here to hurt me.”

This means that Donald Trump wanted his armed supporters to be allowed into the rally he held down the street from Capitol. Trump then instructed everyone in the rally crowd to march down to the Capitol. In other words, Trump was looking to incite armed individuals to head to the Capitol to try to overthrow the election. Trump will have a very difficult time trying to mount a reasonable doubt defense when he’s inevitably on federal criminal trial for this.
