Call them what they are
The most offensive thing about the mainstream media’s coverage of the U.S. Capitol terrorists: the notion that they were somehow normal decent people until that day. No. They looked at the atrocities Trump had spent four years committing, and they voted for him again. These people were already monstrous in nature. They were already terrorists.
– Twitter has now banned the official MyPillow account, days after banning the personal account of My Pillow founder Mike Lindell. That leaves him without a pillow to cry into.
– It’s possible there is no one on this earth with less understanding of the political landscape than Meghan McCain. Even if you like both of her parents, let’s not pretend that she has any idea what she’s even trying to talk about, or that she got the job for any reason other than her last name. If they’re going to have a conservative on The View, how about a conservative who understands conservatism? Just a thought.
– Why is Mitch McConnell attacking Marjorie Taylor Greene and throwing his weight behind Kevin McCarthy’s rival? Mitch knows damn well that if Greene and McCarthy remain the face of the Republican Party, it’ll get wiped out in the midterms. Mitch is many things, all of them bad – but unlike some of these newer Republican leaders, he’s not stupid.
