Brian Williams just bulldozed Ted Cruz
Republican Senator Ted Cruz has spent the week hurling insults at the United States military, while approvingly sharing a Russian Army recruiting video. It’s brought Cruz condemnation from all sides, but perhaps none so bitingly as from MSNBC host Brian Williams.
Williams showed the Russian propaganda video that Ted Cruz tweets, and urged his audience to remember “just how much Ted Cruz dreams of being president of a country someday, perhaps not this country for reasons like this.” In other words, Williams is now mocking Cruz for being just as pathetic of a Russia-phile as Donald Trump is.
In response, Ted Cruz tweeted “Is there a more pitiful example of corrupt corporate media than Brian Williams?” Cruz then accused Williams of having a “hissy fit.” We think Cruz is projecting once again. He’s completely jumped the shark.
