Donald Trump’s idiotic DMZ stunt with Kim Jong Un results in brawl, physical injuries to one of Trump’s advisers
The only thing more pathetic than Donald Trump openly begging Kim Jong Un on Twitter for an impromptu handshake in the DMZ? Trump and Kim actually going through with the stunt. The whole thing ended up being a hastily arranged logistical nightmare which involved Trump standing around waiting for Kim, who showed up late, and a visible lack of sufficient security. Predictably, the entire thing ended up going wrong – violently.
Donald Trump’s new White House Press Secretary Stephanie Grisham apparently got into what’s being described by CNN as a “scuffle” and a “brawl” with North Korean security officials, which left her physically bruised. Her injuries were minor, but easily could have been far worse.
Grisham was terrible in her previous Trump administration role, and she’s going to be a terrible Press Secretary, but no one deserves to get physically injured on the job. It’s not difficult to figure out that this “brawl” and her injuries were a result of Donald Trump having recklessly slapped together this stunt in a manner that logistics and security personnel on both sides couldn’t have been ready for.
