Donald Trump trips over questions about money laundering and bone spurs, then throws reporter out

Dear Palmer Report readers, we all understand the difficult era we're heading into. Major media outlets are caving to Trump already. Even the internet itself and publishing platforms may be at risk. But Palmer Report is nonetheless going to lead the fight. We're funding our 2025 operating expenses now, so we can keep publishing no matter what happens. I'm asking you to contribute if you can, because the stakes are just so high. You can donate here.

Donald Trump made the bizarre decision to hold a joint press conference in the White House today with the President of Kazakhstan, just hours after MSNBC host Rachel Maddow spelled out the compelling evidence that the two men have been laundering money together for years. Reporters predictably began shouting questions about that scandal and Trump’s various other exploding scandals. Let’s just say that none of it went particularly well.

At one point during the televised press conference, a reporter shouted “Mr. President, is there any Kazakh money in Trump Soho?” Trump responded by saying “No idea, really no idea.” This is stunning, because he could have easily just said “no.” Instead, his answer suggests that he fears that the truth will fully come out on this, and that it’ll prove that foreign money is being laundered through Trump’s properties in the United States.

Another reporter seized on the fact that Trump’s doctor had just dishonestly and absurdly declared that Trump is in “excellent health.” One reporter shouted a question at Trump about whether or not he still has bone spurs. Trump infamously dodged the Vietnam War by getting a doctor to diagnose him with bone spurs in his feet, but he then went on to participate in college athletics which proved there was nothing wrong with his feet. But that was nothing compared to the question that prompted Trump to eject a reporter from the proceedings entirely.

One reporter shouted a question at Donald Trump about his recent racist “shithole” remarks. Trump got so angry that he pointed at the reporter and yelled “Out!” Later, CNN’s Jim Acosta identified himself as the reporter in question. He tweeted that “As I attempted to ask questions in Roosevelt Room of Trump, WH press aides shouted in my face to drown out my questions. I have never encountered that before.”
