President Trump had another one of his fuhrer rallies on Wednesday night. While they all are spectacles in the descent into the abyss of rationality, this latest one might be the most vile and troubling to date. In what is surely a coordinated effort, much like Jerry Springer and other shows would lather up the audience ahead of the taping, or how wrestling creates the story line of good guys and bad guys ahead of the televised event, when Trump attacked Congresswoman Ilhan Omar, the crowd yelled, “send her back.” Earlier in the day, with no proof or basis whatsoever, Trump also spread and repeated a far-right conspiracy theory that Representative Ilhan Omar married her brother.

Trump said this to reporters just before leaving the White House for his hate rally: “Well, there’s a lot of talk about the fact that she was married to her brother. I know nothing about it. I hear she was married to her brother. You’re asking me a question about it. I don’t know, but I’m sure that somebody would be looking at that.”

Trump, who was rebuked for his tweets yet again by Prime Minister Teresa May and other world leaders, is vile, disgusting and a racist. From his birther position to this, to him being married to an immigrant who wore a coat that said “I really don’t care, do you,” he is stirring the pot and endangering the lives of United States citizens and Americans who were elected to serve our country and to perform the checks and balances that our Founding Fathers designed.

At the rally, Trump was very much gloating about the impeachment resolution failure. The result was not surprising, as this motion was premature, and Speaker Nancy Pelosi was against it. However, when someone is injured or killed, the blood will be on Trump’s hands, and we will see if the spineless Republicans will do anything. These lies and vileness are not healthy and more than anything the Squad has or could do, shows the hatred that the loser in the White House has for this nation.
